Issues

Find out about the issues KY JwJ is currently focusing on, such as Health Care and the Workers’ Rights Board, and help out in the effort.

Events

We always need extra hands at our events and would welcome your help. This includes set-up before the event, clean-up after the event, and a variety of tasks during the event. You could sit at a merchandise table and help bring in funds for JwJ or if being up and about is more your style, you can wander the crowd getting pledge cards signed. The needs vary with the event, but let us know and we’ll get you plugged in somewhere!

Phone Tree

KY JwJ utilizes a phone tree for important events or urgent calls for support. If you would like to be on the phone tree or if you would like to be a phone tree Steward, let us know. Phone Tree Stewards divide up the phone tree and each steward is responsible for calling a set list of people.

Newsletter

KY JwJ puts out a quarterly newsletter filled with the latest news, updates on campaigns, and information about upcoming activities. Be a part of the newsletter by writing articles, sending in photos, and submitting relevant information.

Office

From time to time we have mailings, data entry, and other projects we need help on in the office. Fight injustice through good old-fashioned envelope stuffing!

Other
